Current Appointments (Corrections Requested)

The Nominating Committee is responsible for maintaining an ongoing, current record of all appointees serving the Yearly Meeting, including the representatives named by Regional and Monthly Meetings, along with terms and contact information. File I. Positions Nominated and Appointed by IMYM
The following are nominated by the IMYM Nominating Committee for appointment by the Yearly Meeting.
File II. Positions Nominated by Groups Within IMYM and Appointed by IMYM
According to the Guide, for the positions listed here, nominations are submitted by the particular group to the clerk of the Nominating Committee for Yearly Meeting approval. Technically this list should include the Clerks of the WQW Oversight Committee and the Committee on Ministry and Counsel, since these committees recommend their own clerks. The role of the Nominating Committee here may vary from year-to-year, but it is the NC’s responsibility to see that these nominations are brought forward for Yearly Meeting approval in a timely fashion.
File III. Positions Nominated by Regional Meetings and Appointed by IMYM
According to the Guide, the Regional Meetings nominate these representatives to the Yearly Meeting for appointment. All nominations are submitted to the clerk of the Nominating Committee. Starting/ending months vary.
File IV. Appointments by Monthly and Regional Meetings Not Needing IMYM Approval
The terms are specified by the appointing body, so the month of start/end will vary. The record of Monthly Meeting appointments to Continuing Committee is maintained by the Continuing Committee officers.
