To add a new plone site, all you have to do is login to the Zope Management
Interface (http://metallica.nidelven-it.no:13080/manage for your account),
add a "Plone Site" from the drop down list (at top right area), fill in the
details, Add.
Say you gave the id as bob.imym.org, then the new plone site will be available
at: http://metallica.nidelven-it.no:13080/bob.imym.org
Then, let Nidelven know the id of the plone site you created, and the domain name
you want for it, and they'll setup apache to point to it.
