  • Friends, we ask that all of us in IMYM and our meetings feel and take responsibility and work to find people to serve the Yearly Meeting community. 
    • Ask Representatives Committee members to report back to their Meeting the positions that need to be filled and to provide names to Nominating Committee. 
    • Send information about available positions to all Clerks of Monthly or Regional Meetings and Worship Groups with requests to identify Friends who may have gifts, strength and light to serve and promote self-nominations. 
    • Post available positions on the IMYM website and provide a self-nomination form. 
    • Make repeated calls at IMYM Business Meeting and in the newsletter.
    • Latest updates - April 2026:
      • We are seeking Young Friends as well as members from different geographical areas (AZ, NM) to serve on our committee
      • We have submitted for first readings at the April 18th IMYM Business Meeting these nominations, with terms starting at rise of annual gathering 2026:
        • IMYM Presiding Clerk: Larry Newton, Flagstaff MM
        • IMYM Treasurer: Tom Vosburg, Fort Collins MM
        • Clerk of Delegates Committee (second term): Connie Crawford, El Paso MM
