FCNL meets both policymakers and advocates where they are, seeking opportunities to work together. FCNL pursues legislative policies informed by our belief that there is that of God in every person and that all creation has worth and dignity. Grounded by faith and morality, FCNL combines a pragmatic and results-driven strategy with a clear-eyed, ambitious vision of the world we seek.

Friends Peace Teams is a Spirit-led organization working to develop long-term relationships with communities in conflict around the world to create programs for peace building, healing and reconciliation. Friends Peace Teams works at the grassroots, across civil and generational divides, integrating ecological and social justice and peace, joining nonviolent direct actions with Transforming Power guiding our actions and witness. We rely on the power of the living Spirit to bring life, joy, peace, and justice among people who have suffered on all sides of oppression, violence, or war. Grounded in mutual discernment, we work together as equals to create peaceful, just societies.

Answering God's call to universal love, FWCC brings Friends of varying traditions and cultural experiences together in worship, communications and consultation, to express our common heritage and our Quaker message to the world. In the Americas, the Quaker community extends from the Arctic to the Andes, spanning a rich diversity of regional cultures, beliefs and styles of worship. 

Quaker Earthcare Witness

QEW has grown out of a strong leading among Friends that our future depends on a spiritual transformation in our relationships with each other and the natural world. For over 30 years, QEW has helped Friends integrate Earthcare into their daily lives. QEW works to inspire Spirit-led action toward ecological sustainability and environmental justice. The focus areas of QEW include: Empowering individuals to take Spirit-led action on ecological concerns and build a community of Quakers committed to Earthcare; sharing spiritual and educational resources with faith communities; connecting Friends caring for the Earth, and speaking out as a public Quaker voice about critical ecological concerns and environmental justice.

As one of the yearly meetings that established and continues to support Western Friend, IMYM shares in a long-standing collaboration among western Friends. More than a magazine, Western Friend serves as a hub and connector for Friends across the West—a place to share spiritual reflections, news, concerns, experiences, and resources across the great distances that separate our meetings and communities.
