Everyone has gifts to offer, and some of those gifts may still be waiting to be discovered. You might be drawn to a particular project, bring skills you have already developed or are still developing, have experience in Quaker leadership, or simply want to become more involved and learn more about Friends and Quaker process. There is a place for many kinds of service in IMYM, and we welcome the opportunity to explore together where your interests, experience, curiosity, and gifts might lead.
Here are some of the areas where Friends are currently serving:

If you are a younger Friend — or have a young person in your life — getting involved with IMYM can be a wonderful way to build connections, find community, and grow into the life and practices of Friends. Adults also needed to support these programs through coordination, accompaniment, and other forms of service.
Around 50 Friends from 15 Meetings are currently serving in IMYM roles, committees, working groups, and other appointments. Together, they bring a wide range of experience, gifts, and perspectives to the shared work of the yearly meeting — and there is always room for more!
