Living Our Testimonies in Troubled Times

Let us discern together how our traditional Quaker testimonies can help us during this
most tumultuous time. How do we proceed in a divided nation? What insights can we
share with others? What can we do in the face of anger and despair?
Rather than listen to a speaker, we will listen to each other. We will use our own
experience and faith to consider each testimony in small groups. How have we lived
each testimony and how they might guide us in the present time? The small groups with
then share their discernments with the whole group. We believe this process will be
useful to individual Friends as well as continue to create a beloved community among
Friends in Colorado Regional Meeting.
Program Schedule:
Friday:
4-8 Registration open and staffed
6-9 pm Gathering for social time and games. Potluck snacks
SSaturday:
7:30-9 Breakfast served
9 – 10 AM Worship Sharing
10:15- 12:15 Program
12:15 - 1:00 Lunch served
1:30 – 3:30 Program
4:00-5 Business Meeting
5-6 Dinner
7-8:30 Displays of Creative Expression
Sunday:
7:30-9 Breakfast served
9 – 10 AM Worship sharing

11-12 Meeting for Worship and farewell
Details of children and youth programming are forthcoming.
Pay-As-Led
Please come to the Fall Gathering. We want to remove financial barriers to attendance.
Pay as much of the fees as you are led and able. Don’t worry, some Friends will pay
extra to make sure everyone can come. It isn’t a Friendly gathering unless everyone is
there.
