Colorado Regional Meeting Fall Gathering
October 31-November 2, 2025 YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park, Colorado

Registration closes: September 23, 2025 We will not be able to accommodate you overnight after this date.  Day visitors are welcome, see the fee chart online.

BECAUSE IS IT HALLOWEEN, WE ARE OFFERING A SATURDAY-NIGHT-ONLY RATE FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN.  We made a mistake when we scheduled the Fall Gathering, and we hope to make it up to families with young children who wish to celebrate on October 31st.  Please join us on Saturday and stay through to Sunday noon.


Mary Klein on “Inspiring Hope”

With insights and experiences gained as the editor of Western Friend for more than a decade, Mary Klein will speak to us about how Friends in three yearly meetings have inspired hoped and where she sees new opportunities for Friends to continue this critical work now. Her presentation will include brief talks and small group activities.

Program Schedule

Friday:
5:00-8:00 pm  Registration open and staffed
6:00-9:00 pm  Gathering for social time and games. Potluck snacks    

Saturday:
7:30 – 9 AM     Breakfast served
9 – 10 AM        Worship Sharing
10:15- 12:15    Program
12:15 - 1:00     Lunch served
1:30– 4:00        Interest Groups
4:15 – 5:00       Business Meeting
5:00 – 6:00       Dinner
7:00 - 8:30       Creativity Night including a Halloween costume parade

Sunday:
7:30 – 9 AM     Breakfast served
9:00 – 10 AM   Worship sharing
Clear out our rooms)
11:00-NOON    Meeting for Worship and farewell

The children and youth program will be available Saturday (except during meals) and Sunday until noon.
Registration Fees
RATES:
Pay as led - “It isn’t a party unless everyone is there.” Barb Stephens   

Colorado Regional Meeting will continue its policy of asking participants to pay as they are led for their registration, accommodations, and meals.  We hope to remove any financial barriers to attendance.  If you can pay extra to help others, please do.  If you can pay only part of your expenses, please do.  

Registration fees:
Adult (18+)   $50*                                           
Saturday only $30  (no meals)                       
Online $20 (we will contact you with more information)   
                                            
*To register for a room, each person 18 and over must pay a nonrefundable registration fee of $50 at the time of registration.  
Room and board fees:
Please note that children 13 and under are free.  Children 14 -17 pay for meals only.  Everyone 18 and over is considered an adult. Our meals will be breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.

1 adult in a single room and 4 meals   = $312.50 each
2 adults in a single room and 4 meals = $192.50 each
3 adults in a single room and 4 meals = $152.00 each
4 adults in a single room and 4 meals = $132.00 each 
Youth 14-18, 4 meals only          =  $72.00

Halloween special:
2 adults with kids 13 and under in a single room and 3 meals = $120.00 per adult
Youth 14-18, 3 meals only = $56.00
