Lodging at Ft. Lewis College

During our stay at Annual Gathering 2024, Friends will be lodging in Animas Hall (families) and Cooper Hall.

The IMYM Registrar will make room assignments based on the category you select during registration. For example:

Accessible rooms for Friends with mobility issues
Multiple bedroom suites for families with children
Single and double occupancy dormitory rooms for single adults and couples
Dedicated housing for the Senior Young Friends and their Friendly Adult Presences

The College has no camping facilities on site; Friends hoping to camp can search for nearby alternatives.

Food at Ft. Lewis College

Fort Lewis College has a beautiful food court with so many food choices! Friends often say the food is one of the BEST parts of Annual Gathering. So come hungry and enjoy.

They have options to accommodate many food restrictions including gluten free, diabetic, dairy free, or vegetarian/vegan. If you have a specific need and can give their cooks 24 hours notice, they will accommodate you if they can.

Friends will use the Fort Lewis College dining hall for our meals, with indoor and outdoor tables available. Registration includes dinner on Wednesday, all three meals on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, plus breakfast and lunch on Sunday.

Breakfast 8:00 - 9:00 AM
Lunch 12:00 – 1:00 PM
Dinner 5:00 – 6:00 PM
