Simplify AHYM Fall Gathering – Emmanuel Pines – Prescott, Arizona September 25, 26, and 27, 2026 |
| Please join us to experience a special weekend of cheerful living, as we joyfully gather to worship together, enjoy intergenerational fellowship, tell stories around the campfire, and reconnect with friends from across Arizona. We will cherish friends in our lives, find hope in community, engage each other, encounter nature, be renewed, reflect and rejoice. Whether you're new to AHYM or a seasoned visitor to the Pines, we welcome your fellowship and the simple gift of your presence. Please direct any questions to AHYMRegistrars@imym.org |
Registration Fees and Donations
Adults 18 and up will pay $125-$190 depending on your lodging selection and how many they days attend AHYM at Emmanuel Pines. Ages 2-17 will pay $65-$130 in similar conditions. There is an option at additional $75 charge, for one of 3 cabins (Eagle with queen bed and linens, Cottonwood no linens, Desert no linens) that have one room, house 1-7 people. The cabins have heat and cooling, and a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker.
Emmanuel Pines Camp has been the site of our beloved Fall AHYM for more than 20 years. We are grateful to the Emmanuel Pines staff for all the work they have done over the years to keep the camp usable for all. You may consider making an extra donation to the camp and include it with your registration fee. On the other hand, if you find you need financial assistance to attend, please let your Meeting Clerk or Treasurer know.
Extenuating circumstances may be considered. Contact Treasurer Ed at AHYMTreasurer@IMYM.org
Registration and Payment Timelines
Please complete the registration form online (click the corresponding button above) but see these notes for what to anticipate.

When you’ve finished with minor registrations, to add another adult registration, click on VIEW MY INVOICE and at top of page you’ll see a link to come back to this page.
Complete the registration by September 18, 2026. While we hope everyone interested in AHYM will attend, we may not be able to accommodate late registrants. This is particularly important if you seek special accommodations, have mobility issues or a service animal. We appreciate your cooperation with a timely registration.
If you don’t want to pay by credit card, payment may be made by check after your registration or at check-in. Be sure to end your online registration by asking for an invoice.
That said, we do not want anyone to miss AHYM because of financial constraint! If you need help, Meetings may have funds for financial assistance. Please reach out to your Meeting’s Clerk or Treasurer to learn more.
Young Friends and Families
Emmanuel Pines is a wonderful place for families and for the nurture of the next generation of Young Friends. Intergenerational activities will be part of the schedule. Childcare may be available for infants and toddlers; programs are planned for Elementary-age children and any Junior/Senior Young Friends. Events are scheduled for Saturday between breakfast and dinner (lunch with parents). Intergenerational activities will be held after in the afternoon. Youth activities will be held Sunday after breakfast and the youth will join the adults near the end of Meeting for Worship.
The program will build community among young Friends through cooperation, problem-solving, crafts and outdoor time. Pre-schoolers with a parent are welcome to participate. We invite volunteers to join us. White at the registration table, volunteers will have an opportunity to sign up on Saturday and Sunday to spend an hour or so with the Young Friends program. Share your Light with our young F/friends.
Parents and guardians, your emergency contact information is part of the registration (see links elsewhere)
Intergenerational Activity – Campfire
We will have an intergenerational activity. AND, back by popular demand, we will gather around the campfire again on Saturday night for songs, stories, and silly jokes. Bring yours to share!
CAMP LOGISTICS
On Friday evening from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. we will meet upstairs in the Cedar Chapel for registration and fellowship. Games and refreshments will be available from 7:00 to 9:00 o’clock. Please bring table games, cards, and musical instruments to share. Late arrivals will find room assignments posted upstairs on the window of Cedar Chapel and may complete their registration process on Saturday morning. A flashlight may be helpful to view your room assignment in the dark Friday evening.
Lodging
We will do our best to accommodate all room requests, otherwise, please anticipate room sharing. For those needing closer access to the dining hall and Chapel, there are a limited number of types of accommodations available in Desert Cabin. Anyone with special needs is encouraged to register early to allow us to provide the necessary accommodation.
Friends will be lodged primarily in Oak Lodge. Each room in Oak Lodge sleeps four or five people in three single beds, and one double bed. Two of the single beds are upper bunks.
Cabin options include Cottonwood and Eagle: https://emmanuelpines.com/retreats/lodging/cabins/ which have an extra $75 charge. These cabins have one or two rooms, full bathrooms, house 1-4, 1-5 people and have heat and cooling, linen service at Eagle, and have a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker.
Camping
Emmanuel Pines (EP) also allows camping at a reduced rate. Bathroom facilities are available for campers, a short walk up the road. On-site space is limited, but there are 20 additional spaces available at the Prescott National Forest Yavapai Campground (7 miles from EP) for on a first come, first served basis.
Mealtimes
Because we are not the only group at Emmanuel Pines Camp, meals are served for our group during a 15-minute period. You may, of course, take longer to eat your meal, but in consideration of the camp staff and other groups at the camp, please arrive at the dining hall at the time indicated on the schedule (pages 5-6).
